Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning & Development Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our colleagues and leaders.
- Collaborate with the Director of Talent & Culture to evaluate and improve our learning and development strategies.
- Work closely with operational department leaders to review job task checklists and ensure successful onboarding and training.
- Provide coaching and guidance to support both leaders and colleagues, and maintain high levels of engagement.
- Oversee the colleague performance review program and ensure proper completion of probationary and annual reviews.
- Utilize an online training system to assign mandatory courses and track completion.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development Managers in the Region to align a regional strategic direction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably operations.
- Previous L&D experience is an asset.
- University degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related discipline a strong asset.
- Proven track record in needs assessment and facilitation of training programs in driving service excellence results.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
