Global Learning and Development Specialist

About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, employee engagement, and professional growth. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and evaluating learning, development, and engagement programs that empower employees to reach their full potential and contribute to the organization's success.
Main Responsibilities- Learning and Development Integration with Performance Management: Integrate talent development initiatives with performance management processes, supporting individual development goals in line with organizational objectives.
- Management of Development Tools: Contribute to the design, development, and management of development tools (Assessment, Coaching, Mentoring, etc.) and actively manage ongoing activities.
- Training Implementation: Drive the implementation of comprehensive training plans and programs that address the needs and priorities of our organization. Enable a Train the Trainer concept.
- Strategy Development: Co-develop a clear and structured Learning & Development strategy and framework (Siegfried Academy) for colleagues at all levels, contributing to our Talent Management strategy.
- Engagement: Manage and analyze employee engagement surveys, promoting dialogue with employees and management to ensure continuous improvement.
- Workplace Initiative Development: In this hands-on role, further develop and implement our great workplace initiative to support a productive and inspiring work environment that drives high performance, collaboration, and co-creation.
- Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Initiatives: Support activities related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in alignment with organizational goals. ESG Activities: Support activities related to Environmental, Social, and Governance to strengthen our cultural environment.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in HR, project management, and educational development. Your profile should include:
- HR Experience: A minimum of 4 years of HR experience from a dynamic in-house department.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills enabling you to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously and keep track of all details.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree would be preferred.
- Personal Competencies: A positive attitude, excellent communication skills in English, and proficiency in Spanish, German, or French.
