About the Role

Maverick Media is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Media Buyer to join our team. As a key member of our online media team, you will be responsible for creating and managing partnerships with key platforms to buy digital media, develop and drive online media strategies, and execute business-critical user acquisition campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital media buying strategies to drive traffic and achieve business objectives
  • Manage budgets, ROI, and campaign objectives effectively
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal results
  • Own all steps of the ad operations process, including creative creation, split testing, and optimization
  • Analyze metrics, statistics, and other data to produce relevant performance reports
  • Manage and optimize the incoming flow of creatives, landing pages, and promotions to continually improve performance and avoid stagnation
Requirements
  • Experience with Excel (Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, etc.)
  • Strong interpretive skills, with the ability to understand and make recommendations to improve business performance
  • Native advertising experience running desktop and mobile ad campaigns on a variety of native, display, and search advertising platforms (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as PPC, Performance Marketing, RTB, etc.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to analyze key metrics and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (required); other European languages a plus
