Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage digital media plans, negotiating and purchasing media to meet client objectives.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation and optimization of campaign activities, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
- Oversee campaign authorizations, budgets, and reconciliation processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely payments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with digital media publishers, negotiating rates and terms to secure optimal media buys.
- Analyze research data and media/marketing information, providing actionable insights to clients and informing strategic campaign decisions.
- Monitor and assess ongoing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive media plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital planning, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent English language skills (B2 or higher).
- Proficiency in digital planning tools, including Campaign Manager, Integral Ad Science, GFK, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling, and persuasive client reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
