About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to join our team at Mattel. As an Associate Manager Media Iberia, you will be responsible for driving the Iberia digital media agenda and activations to deliver maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Iberia Media Strategy & Processes: Develop and implement a comprehensive media strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Translate Insights into Strategies and Actions: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform media planning and buying decisions.
  • Identify Missing Insights and Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends and identify opportunities to improve media performance.
  • Continuously Track and Evaluate Performance: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize media spend and improve ROI.
  • Drive Test & Learn Agenda: Design and execute experiments to test new media channels and strategies.
  • Budget Management and Coordination: Manage media budgets and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Be Externally Focused: Collaborate with external partners to stay ahead of the curve in digital media.
  • Keep Up on Trends in Digital Media: Stay current with the latest digital media trends and best practices.
  • Actively Work towards Promoting Best Practice and Efficiency Gains: Identify opportunities to improve media processes and implement changes to drive efficiency.
  • Coordinate and Collaborate with Category Team and Regional Digital Team: Work closely with cross-functional teams to share expertise and identify opportunities for synergy.
  • Lead Integrated Media Planning: Develop and execute integrated media plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Brand Audience Strategy: Collaborate with brand teams to develop audience strategies and identify data-enabled solutions.
  • Digital Engagement Lead: Develop and execute digital engagement strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Programmatic & Data Champion: Develop and execute programmatic media strategies and lead data partnerships.
  • Leading Data Partnerships Activation: Identify and activate data partnerships to complement and integrate first-party data strategies.
  • Drive CRM from Modelling to Media Planning: Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Drive & Execute E-Retail Media Activities: Develop and execute e-retail media strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with Mattel-in House Amazon Media Team: Work closely with the Amazon media team to develop and execute Amazon media plans.
  • Oversee Reporting and Optimization of Campaigns: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize media spend and improve ROI.
  • eCommerce: Expand Online Share in Key Retailers & Nurture Pure Players: Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
  • eRetail Listings Overview & Recommendation: Develop and execute e-retail listings strategies to drive online sales and customer engagement.
  • Optimization Customers PDP: Ensuring ROAR Assets Implemented in PDP: Develop and execute PDP optimization strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Work Ecommerce Trade Plans Together with KAM: Collaborate with KAM to develop and execute e-commerce trade plans.
  • Provide eMerchandising Assets: Develop and execute e-merchandising strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Mattel Shop Lead Set-up & Update Point of Contact: Develop and execute Mattel Shop lead strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Agencies Management: Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
  • Digital & Media Agencies Lead: Develop and execute digital media plans with external agencies.
  • Leading Privacy Pillar: Develop and execute privacy strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leader: Develop and execute team leadership strategies to drive team performance and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Courageous Leader with Media Experience: Proven experience in digital media with a strong understanding of performance marketing.
  • True Interest for Digital Media: Passion for digital media with a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
  • Minimum 7 Years' Experience in Digital / Marketing: Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of performance marketing.
  • Commercially Minded, Results Driven: Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering results-driven media plans.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Proven ability to identify and solve complex problems.
