About the Role

Teleperformance Spain, a leading provider of customer experience management and contact center services, is seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients in Dutch, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.
  • Route customer calls to the appropriate department, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in Dutch.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent customer focus, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • IT literacy, with previous experience in Salesforce.com an advantage.
  • Strong time management and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Highly professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
