System Operations Specialist

At Immfly, we're seeking a highly skilled System Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our airline clients' fleets.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and review our monitoring systems to detect potential issues and apply updates and fixes through Ansible.
- Collaborate with the Infra team to build and deploy scripts and tools to resolve and improve our environments.
- Work with other team members and departments to plan interventions and prepare new hardware for deployment in our fleet.
- Deploy already-made fixes through Ansible to maintain the fleet's uptime.
- Build and deploy simple scripts to resolve bugs in Linux environments.
- Prepare new hardware (Linux servers) for new deployments.
- Interact with the INFRA and PRODUCT areas to explain new problems and find solutions.
- Coordinate fixes with globally located coworkers.
- Contribute your expertise to improve systems and processes.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Linux OS (ssh, data transfer, log analysis, networking).
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Grafana, Graylog, and Kibana.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience automating daily tasks and processes.
- An experience with Python/Go and Bash scripting.
- Comfortable with our daily stack: docker, Ansible & git.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence & KVM is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and network issues.
- Nice to have hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services and its tools and features.
- Advanced English & Spanish.
- Regular travel is required for this position.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including executive presence, adaptability, and resilience.

- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues.
