Customer Lifecycle Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Jujur. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, including identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing customers.
  • Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to understand their needs and identify opportunities to provide value with our cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, accurately forecasting sales and pipeline growth.
  • Collect and articulate customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
  • 2-3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Minimum 1 year of IT industry experience and 1 year of sales account management or customer management experience.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions preferred.
