Job Description

As a Cloud Customer Lifecycle Manager at Personalbüro U. Herrmann, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth in the cloud technology space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with cloud technology customers, identifying their needs and delivering a world-class customer engagement experience.
  • Lead the sales strategy, leveraging social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to, and manage customers.
  • Forecast sales, pipeline, and usage of cloud products and solutions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Collect feedback from customers and articulate it back to the business, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written), fluent or native Dutch or Flemish or Swedish (verbal and written).
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success, including experience in the IT industry.
  • High school diploma required; a BA/4-year degree would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience from retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial programs.
  • Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions would be an advantage.
