Customer Lifecycle Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team at Careerxtra. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering a world-class customer experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize modern sales techniques and tools to effectively engage with customers and prospects.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, accurately forecasting sales and pipeline growth.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required, BA/4-year degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Minimum 1 year IT industry experience required.
- Minimum 1 year sales account management or customer management experience required.
- Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools.
- Experience working with or selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions preferred.
