We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing our customer base by implementing our sales strategy and collaborating with a highly dynamic and multinational team.


The Role:



  • Acquire new customers and convince them to partner with Kemiex
  • Prospect new leads and introduce our services to them
  • Build a pipeline of customers in collaboration with other sales representatives globally
  • Engage with potential clients to position Kemiex's solution via cold calls, client meetings, after-sales activities, and attendance to worldwide events and fairs
  • Maintain a clear and predictable pipeline using Salesforce CRM

Requirements:



  • Minimum 1.5 years of successful sales experience, managing the full sales cycle
  • Excellent communication skills and a proven track record of exceeding goals
  • Strong understanding of client needs and ability to provide ideal solutions
  • Proficient in cold calling and proactive lead generation across various channels
  • Experienced in consultative selling approaches and able to clearly articulate Kemiex's value proposition
  • Strong interest in contributing to the growth of an international company
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, depending on experience
