About the Role

As a Senior Bid Manager at Ramboll Group A/S, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
  • Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
  • Plan, prepare and compile compelling, well-written and precise proposals and bid documents.
  • Utilize and manage Ramboll's internal tools and processes to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
  • Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
About You

You will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll's global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate, guide and support cross-functional teams, establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Business Communication, Engineering), or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector.
