JLL es una empresa líder en servicios profesionales de bienes raíces. Buscamos un/a Senior Bid Manager Office/Retail para unirse a nuestro equipo de Tetris Arquitectura.
Responsabilidades:- Desarrollar propuestas técnicas y económicas de alta calidad para proyectos de oficinas y retail.
- Realizar visitas técnicas a inmuebles para recopilar datos.
- Analizar ofertas de proveedores y realizar comparativas.
- Elaborar documentación técnica y económica para clientes.
- Comunicarse con actores internos y externos para asegurar la entrega de propuestas en tiempo y forma.
- Titulación universitaria en Arquitectura, Arquitectura Técnica o Ingeniería.
- Conocimiento y experiencia en el sector de la construcción.
- Al menos 5 años de experiencia en puestos similares en el sector de oficinas.
- Manejo de herramientas de paquete office, Presto, MS-Project, AutoCAD y Revit.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
