About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Kion Group AG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to convert them into long-term partners.
  • Develop and present customized solutions to meet customer needs, including quotations for minor repairs and expansions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and business development.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
