About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships to join our team at SiteMinder. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth through high-impact partnerships with Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), technology providers, and other key stakeholders within the hospitality ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage high-value partnerships to enhance distribution and expand market presence.
  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the global travel industry.
  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring mutual benefit and long-term collaboration.
  • Drive revenue growth through partner programs and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel technology trends, emerging markets, and the competitive landscape.
  • Own the successful negotiation of partner program agreements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or a related field within the SaaS, hospitality, or travel technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling high-value partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS solutions, hotel distribution, and the travel industry's digital landscape.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in setting and tracking KPIs for partnership success.
