At Payhawk, we're revolutionizing the world of payments, and we're looking for an exceptional leader to help us scale our global partnerships. As a Director of Partnerships, you'll be responsible for leading and scaling our global partnership function, overseeing multiple EU countries, and driving business growth through strategic collaborations with technology providers and industry players.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage country targets and metrics to drive business growth
  • Hire, manage, mentor, and lead a team of Partnership and Partner Marketing Managers, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and execute Payhawk's partnership strategy, focusing on market expansion and revenue growth
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key partners, including financial institutions, software providers, and technology companies
