We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead our Indian subsidiary at Lhh. This is a critical role that will play a key part in our continued success in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant Indian regulations and safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Ensure excellence in quality and competitiveness in daily operations.
- Manage and develop the talent within the operations team, fostering a high-performing and motivated workforce.
- Work collaboratively with the broader leadership team at the Indian subsidiary and global headquarters.
- Oversee the supply chain, including procurement, inventory control, and logistics.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government officials.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving approach.
- Proven leadership skills; able to nurture and develop teams.
- Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and achieving results.
- Desirable 5-10 years of experience in a leadership role within industrial operations.
- Strong business understanding, PL, and general financial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in managing a large and diverse workforce in a cross-cultural environment.
- Fluency in English is required, while proficiency in Hindi or Spanish is highly desirable.
