The Role

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team in Spain. As a key member of our expansion efforts, you'll be responsible for developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

You'll be accountable for:

  • Leading and growing the sales team during a period of rapid expansion
  • Building and expanding a strong network within the real estate market
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize sales strategies and performance
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjusting tactics for continuous improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience leading sales teams in fast-paced environments
  • Strong ability to drive performance and motivate teams
  • Data-driven decision-making skills
  • Real estate experience is an advantage

What We Offer

We provide a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per annum, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth, and a chance to make a significant impact.
