Job Summary
Amazon is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to drive Korea-based sellers to maximize their business in Amazon Global marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have retail experience and the ability to gather insights by diving deep into data to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
Work with data to drive Amazon product adoption at scale and help Sellers grow their business with various programs. Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement. Diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
Requirements
2+ years of sales or account management experience. Experience with Excel. Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
