About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, identifying high-potential prospects and developing tailored sales approaches
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and pain points, and providing solutions that meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably in the IT industry
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform solutions
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business needs with suitable solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a high level of integrity and professionalism
Desirable Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in IT outbound sales prospecting, with strong sales acumen and ability to persuade others
  • Experience in cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Ability to identify key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders in a business conversation
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual with a proactive, confident, competitive, and tenacious approach
