About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Digital Business Developer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hundreds of businesses, identifying and qualifying their business needs, and proposing adequate solutions to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with businesses to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs
  • Qualify business needs and propose solutions to drive sales growth
  • Work towards individual targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base across EMEA
  • Interact with customers primarily via outbound calls in a phone-based environment
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in Swedish and fluent English
  • High school degree
  • Previous sales experience (preferably B2B)
  • Experience with CRM
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment
  • Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience
