About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying business needs, proposing solutions, and driving sales growth across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with hundreds of businesses to build enthusiasm and identify their business needs.
  • Qualify business needs and propose adequate solutions to send them on the most appropriate sales path.
  • Work towards individual targets and contribute to the growth of our customer base across EMEA.
  • Interact with customers primarily via outbound calls in a phone-based environment.
Requirements
  • Native proficiency in Swedish and fluent English.
  • High school degree.
  • Previous sales experience (preferably B2B).
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment.
  • Customer-driven and focused on providing exemplary customer experience.
What We Offer
  • Full-time position, from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  • Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Salary conditions: from 23,876€ gross/year up to 25,330€ gross/year.
  • Sales bonus package: from 3,407€ up to 4,470€ gross/year.
