About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements

We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. If you have a proficient or bilingual level of German and advanced English, we'd love to hear from you.

We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career growth and development. Our benefits package includes a full-time contract, salary starting at 18,400 euros gross/year, and up to 2,500 euros gross/year in bonus.
