At Edwards Lifesciences, we're committed to improving the lives of patients worldwide. As a Market Access Senior Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving policy, lawmaking, and public support for our innovative products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute market access strategies to ensure timely patient access, appropriate funding, and sufficient reimbursement for our products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate market access process improvements and opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and direction to external project teams to execute tactical market access projects and initiatives.
  • Assess access and reimbursement issues that impact our business and identify fast access pathways and optimal reimbursement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in market access, public affairs, or a related field.
  • Proven project management skills and expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work in a matrix environment and with governmental officials.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in market access, public affairs, or a related field within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Medical education and health economic training background or a bio-medical engineering background.
  • Fluent English required, with the ability to speak local languages as needed.
