Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market access plans at the national level, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and medical teams.
  • Establish local market access plans, coordinating with the sales network, marketing, and medical teams to achieve maximum profitability.
  • Monitor government strategies and identify opportunities with new organizational models.
  • Forecast and act on rational medication use measures, ensuring our products are positioned effectively in the market.
  • Manage influence networks and stakeholders to position our products in the market.
  • Manage the incorporation of new products into prescribing module databases.
  • Strengthen the company image through effective market access strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in therapeutic areas and health policies, both domestically and internationally.
Requirements
  • Baccalaureate degree in Health Sciences.
  • Masters or postgraduate degree in Market Access.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • 5 years of experience in HEOR or Project Management in the pharmaceutical industry or a related consultancy.
