Market Access Senior Manager

As a Market Access Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by developing and executing market access strategies that ensure timely patient access to our innovative products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and plan market access projects and activities to ensure successful completion of all project deliverables.
  • Provide direction and guidance to external project teams to execute tactical market access projects and/or initiatives.
  • Identify and evaluate market access process improvement and/or course correction opportunities.
  • Assess access and reimbursement issues that matter to the business in partnership with stakeholders to identify fast access pathways and optimal reimbursement.
  • Develop local market access opportunities in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Lead the implementation of reimbursement strategies for current and pipeline products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, 10 years of previous related experience required, or Master's Degree or equivalent in a related field, 8 years of previous related experience required.
  • Health-Economics, Business, Political sciences or Communications preferred.
  • Experience in Market Access, Public Affairs within local country preferred.
  • Experience in Public Affairs or Public Relations and external engagement in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
  • Experience with implant market; Medical education and health economic training background is preferred. A bio-medical engineering background is also suitable.

Fluent English required.
