Job Description

As a Market Access Specialist at Santen, you will be responsible for assessing the local and regional Market Access landscape, identifying changes and trends that impact access to our products. You will analyze these implications and develop strategic market access plans to ensure alignment with our business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in helping us navigate the complex world of pricing and reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify local Market Access changes and trends
  • Develop and implement strategic market access plans to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HTA bodies, payer organizations, and KOLs
  • Monitor and update pricing strategy and governance to ensure consistency across the EMEA region
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare/life science industry
  • Knowledge of pricing mechanisms and regulations in Iberia
  • Spanish NHS deep knowledge and experience with Price and Reimbursement related stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
