The PositionThe Patient Journey Partner (PJP) is a role-agnostic position whose objective is to represent Roche in front of the client and be the point of reference in the Northern Zone in the area of Oncology. The PJP is responsible for identifying and anticipating the needs of clients-patients, co-creating and developing solutions with various stakeholders aligned with Roche's priorities and strategy, which benefit the majority of patients as soon as possible.
Main Responsibilities- High scientific knowledge of the therapeutic areas of responsibility and competition.
- Person of reference of Roche with the medical community and other stakeholders, using available channels, adapting virtual means provided by the company, and those used by clients.
- Responsible for collecting insights from the medical community and various stakeholders, providing and sharing possible solutions to their needs.
- Providing information, both within the region and to different teams, marketing, medical teams, and cross-functional teams involved in the pathology.
- Working with Healthcare System Partners in the zone and with various stakeholders to ensure and guarantee quick access to patients.
- Establishing scientific collaborations with Regional Patient Societies and Associations, acting in continuous collaboration with the Patient Access Partner.
- Active role in Scientific-Professional Meetings and Symposia. Providing briefings to speakers at scientific events.
- Supporting healthcare professionals in compassionate use requests of their ecosystem, if necessary.
- Higher degree in health sciences.
- Medium to High English (B2-C1).
- At least 5 years of experience in field positions in commercial or medical areas in the Oncology market.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and procedures valued.
- MD, PharmD, or PhD relevant to the therapeutic domain valued.
- MBA or Business relevant or market access valued.
- Understanding of clinical practice; knowledge of implementing and following clinical trials.
- Experience in managing TAEs and external organizations (scientific societies and patient organizations).
- Accustomed to working in matrix and agile environments.
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams and cross-functionally in physical and virtual environments.
