Patient and Referrer Content Strategist

About the Role
The Patient and Referrer Content Strategist will contribute to delivering excellence in customer and patient experience and omnichannel marketing as part of the Marketing Excellence EMEA Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of content strategy methodology for patient and referrer audiences in collaboration with the Patient and Referrer Center of Excellence.
- Establish guardrails for divisional IMC for patient and referrer content strategies, their execution, and measurement.
- Act as a change agent and primary IMC partner to EMEA Patient and Referrer stakeholders and Corporate Marketing for all matters of Direct to Patient (DTP) and Direct to Referrer (DTR) content.
- Advocate for operating models, processes, tools, and technologies along the content lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the IMC team to develop and implement integrated communication campaigns.
- Participate in regional Patient Council and Advisory Boards to represent IMC.
- Coordinate the sharing of best practices for different channels and content types for patient and referrer audiences.
- Lead the patient/referrer-facing content audit process, conduct assessments of content needs, and provide guidance for branding and content creation.
- Identify template and image gaps and manage the development of templates to address these gaps.
- Manage related content collections and evolve content analytics for patient and referrer audiences in collaboration with the Analytics and Digital Marketing teams.
- Leverage insights to understand audience preferences and continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Advocate for localization best practices for patient and referrer audiences.
- Translate value propositions into compelling stories through storytelling.
