Role Summary

Roche is seeking a Patient Journey Partner to represent the company in the northern region, focusing on hemophilia. This role will be responsible for identifying and anticipating the needs of patients and healthcare professionals to co-create and develop solutions aligned with Roche's priorities and strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the northern region.
  • Identify and address the needs of patients and healthcare professionals through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Provide scientific expertise and support to healthcare professionals and stakeholders in the northern region.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in hemophilia and related therapies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, healthcare).
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial or medical role in the rare diseases market, preferably in hemophilia.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in Spanish (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
