En F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe, buscamos a un Patient Journey Partner para unirse a nuestro equipo en la zona norte y contribuir a la misión de mejorar la salud de los pacientes con enfermedades raras.

Responsabilidades
  • Representar a Roche frente al cliente y ser la persona de referencia en la zona norte en el área de enfermedades raras.
  • Identificar y anticipar las necesidades de los clientes-pacientes para co-crear y desarrollar soluciones integrales alineadas con las prioridades y estrategia de Roche.
  • Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los Regional Access Partner de la zona y con los distintos stakeholders de acceso para asegurar y garantizar un acceso rápido a los pacientes.
  • Establecer colaboraciones científicas con Sociedades y Asociaciones de Pacientes Regionales y participar en Simposios y Reuniones Científico-profesionales.
Requisitos
  • Licenciatura superior en ciencias de la salud.
  • Inglés Medio-Alto imprescindible (B2-C1).
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones de campo en área comercial o médica en el mercado de las enfermedades raras.
  • Conocimiento en procesos y procedimientos de Ensayos Clínicos.
  • Comprensión de la práctica clínica y conocimiento en la implementación y seguimiento de ensayos clínicos.
Perfil Competencial
  • Habituado a trabajar en entornos matriciales y ágiles.
  • Capacidad demostrada para trabajar en equipo y de forma cross funcional en entornos físicos y virtuales.
  • Mentalidad emprendedora y capaz de actuar con rapidez mostrando autonomía y proactividad.
