Our team is composed of dedicated, collaborative, and results-driven individuals who share our vision of disrupting the traditional rental market. We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our team in Barcelona and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Coordinate and distribute leads across the Sales Coordinators, maximizing conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement new sales strategies, analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Cover day-to-day sales tasks during team holidays or absences, ensuring continuity and meeting sales targets.
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Draft rental agreement contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team, recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff to achieve optimal performance and career growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 2 years minimum experience leading a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Experience managing customer communications and relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus.
  • Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus.
