B2C Sales Team Leader

We are a pioneering startup in the European residential real estate market, with a strong presence in Spain and expanding to other European countries. Our mission is to empower individuals to live freely, without the constraints of traditional long-term rentals. We achieve this by offering fully furnished and artfully designed apartments for short-term stays, providing flexibility and choice to our customers.
Backed by top European Venture Capital firms, we are poised for significant growth in the coming year. Our team is composed of dedicated, collaborative, and results-driven individuals who share our vision of disrupting the traditional rental market. We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to join our team in Barcelona and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities- Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Coordinate and distribute leads across the Sales Coordinators, maximizing conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies, analyzing market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Cover day-to-day sales tasks during team holidays or absences, ensuring continuity and meeting sales targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations, providing exceptional customer service.
- Draft rental agreement contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team, recruiting, training, and mentoring sales staff to achieve optimal performance and career growth.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs, identifying new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- 2 years minimum experience leading a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience managing customer communications and relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and adapting to a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of Hubspot is a plus.
