We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia, Spain. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Personalize interactions to make every customer feel valued and understood.
- Guide and assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the right solutions and leave with a positive experience.
- Enhance processes by identifying customer needs and escalating issues internally to improve our services and processes.
- Drive performance by focusing on key performance indicators like Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity to achieve outstanding results.
- Boost retention by maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention through impactful experiences.
- Excellent Dutch (C2) skills with a strong command of English (C1 level).
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Empathetic approach with calm and understanding when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Curious and creative with a love for investigation and using creative problem-solving skills to ensure satisfaction.
- Target-driven with a focus on exceeding expectations and achieving outstanding results.
- Attractive remuneration based on experience, skills, and performance.
- Flexible shifts between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with opportunities for late-night shifts (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
