About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Valencia. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will help customers find the right product and service by proactively assisting them online and offline. You will also provide service with a smile and practice our core value of 'Think like a customer'.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Help customers find the right product and service

Requirements
- Professional level of English and French, both verbally and written
- Bachelor degree or academic level
- Experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus
- Super customer-friendly attitude and enjoyment while being in touch with customers
- Dynamic and flexible personality
- Real team player and a great addition to our amazing team
- Solution-oriented mindset and you excel in problem-solving in a creative way
- Willingness to relocate or already Valencia based
