Job Brief

This is a sales management role to develop and maintain industrial electrical products and application solutions. Graybar Canada is looking for a highly motivated sales professional with a can-do attitude to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed industrial sales targets in the Ontario region.
  • Lead the industrial sales strategy regionally, providing strategic direction, coaching, and employee development as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospective customers in the territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturer partners to ensure Graybar Canada is positioned as a strong channel partner in the region.
  • Analyze sales and industrial opportunity funnel using Salesforce, MITS, and Power BI tools.
  • Support Automation Manager to ensure they have the tools and resources to attain and exceed their approved budgets.
  • Maintain regular communications with the Automation Team and Industrial Account Managers through regular sales meetings, product meetings, etc.
