Job Title: Concierge Night Shift

At Joivy, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Night Shift to join our team. As a Concierge Night Shift, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings during night shifts, providing exceptional customer service to our tenants, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience to tenants and visitors
  • Oversee the safekeeping of building keys and access control
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings
  • Perform regular walkthroughs of the building to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Speak with tenants to ensure compliance with community rules
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints
  • Liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Manage and respond to night emergency calls
Requirements:
  • Understanding of building security protocols and emergency procedures
  • Ability to identify and report faults or damages in fixtures and fittings
  • Proficiency in overseeing the safekeeping and proper usage of building keys
  • Strong skills in providing a professional and warm welcome to visitors and handling tenant queries and complaints
  • Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance in the building
  • Ability to effectively liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff
  • Skills in managing and responding to night emergency calls
  • Great English and Spanish fluency (B2-C1 level both written and spoken)
  • Being already in possession of a permit to work in Spain or the EU
