Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Concierge Night Shift Representative to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant experience for our tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide a warm and professional welcome to visitors
  2. Oversee the safekeeping of building keys and access for maintenance and repairs
  3. Contribute to building maintenance by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings
  4. Perform regular walkthroughs of two entire buildings on the same street
  5. Speak with tenants to ensure compliance with community rules
  6. Act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints
  7. Liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
  8. Manage night emergency calls

Requirements

  1. Understanding of building security protocols and emergency procedures
  2. Ability to identify and report faults or damages in fixtures and fittings
  3. Proficiency in overseeing the safekeeping and proper usage of building keys
  4. Strong skills in providing a professional and warm welcome to visitors and handling tenant queries and complaints
  5. Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance in the building
  6. Ability to effectively liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff
  7. Skills in managing and responding to night emergency calls
  8. Great English and Spanish fluency (B2-C1 level both written and spoken)
  9. Being already in possession of a permit to work in Spain or the EU
