ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Concierge will be the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring a seamless experience during their stay at our buildings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing a warm and professional welcome to visitors
  • Overseeing the safekeeping of building keys
  • Contributing to building maintenance by reporting faults or damage
  • Performing regular walkthroughs of two buildings
  • Ensuring compliance with community rules
  • Acting as the first point of contact for queries and complaints
  • Liaising with cleaning and groundskeeping staff
  • Managing night emergency calls
REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of building security protocols and emergency procedures
  • Ability to identify and report faults or damages
  • Proficiency in overseeing building keys
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to effectively liaise with staff
  • Skills in managing night emergency calls
LANGUAGE SKILLS

Great English and Spanish fluency (B2-C1 level both written and spoken) is required. Additionally, being in possession of a permit to work in Spain or the EU is necessary.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

Excellent ability to interact with tenants and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant complaints and building issues effectively. Keen attention to detail during regular walkthroughs and inspections. Efficient time management to oversee two buildings and handle various tasks promptly. Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts between tenants or address compliance issues diplomatically. Reliable and responsible, especially during night shifts and emergency situations.
