About the Role

The Concierge Night Shift Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay at our properties. This role requires a warm and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for visitors and tenants
  • Oversee the safekeeping of building keys and ensure access for maintenance and repairs
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings
  • Perform regular walkthroughs of the building to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness protocols
  • Manage night emergency calls and respond to tenant queries and complaints

Requirements

  • Understanding of building security protocols and emergency procedures
  • Ability to identify and report faults or damages in fixtures and fittings
  • Proficiency in overseeing the safekeeping and proper usage of building keys
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance in the building
  • Ability to effectively liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff
  • Skills in managing and responding to night emergency calls
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (B2-C1 level both written and spoken)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address tenant complaints and building issues effectively
  • Keen attention to detail during regular walkthroughs and inspections
  • Efficient time management to oversee multiple tasks and responsibilities
