Concierge Night Shift Representative

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Concierge will be the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring a seamless experience during their stay at our buildings. This role requires a warm and professional demeanor, with excellent communication skills to handle inquiries, direct phone calls, and coordinate plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer a warm welcome to visitors and ensure a pleasant experience for tenants.
  • Oversee the safekeeping of building keys and facilitate access for maintenance and repairs.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of the building by reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
  • Perform regular walkthroughs of two entire buildings on the same street to ensure compliance with community rules.
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries and complaints, providing a professional and empathetic response.
  • Liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Manage night emergency calls and respond promptly to ensure the well-being of tenants.
Requirements:
  • Understanding of building security protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Ability to identify and report faults or damages in fixtures and fittings.
  • Proficiency in overseeing the safekeeping and proper usage of building keys.
  • Strong communication skills to provide a professional and warm welcome to visitors and handle tenant queries and complaints.
  • Knowledge of safety and cleanliness standards, ensuring compliance in the building.
  • Ability to effectively liaise with cleaning and groundskeeping staff.
  • Skills in managing and responding to night emergency calls.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent English and Spanish fluency (B2-C1 level both written and spoken).
  • Being already in possession of a permit to work in Spain or the EU.
