Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Plan, design, develop, and coordinate 3D Mapping and FARAVIEW technology in-house training programs for field support personnel and customers.
- Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions and develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Curriculum Development: Define optimal delivery methods for each learner and develop blended approach programs that meet learning objectives.
- E-Learning Development: Design, develop, and track e-learning programs to complement blended curriculums, ensuring application of best practices and learnings across the Med Ed Team.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, internal and external, serving as a liaison between key educational opinion leaders and Boston Scientific programs.
- Communication: Communicate proactively with stakeholders and establish strong networking in the organization.
- Resource Management: Identify, partner with, and manage appropriate resources (i.e., vendor relationships, other internal departments) to ensure that meetings/events meet objectives.
- Budget Management: Define, track, and maintain budgets while ensuring cost-saving measures and understanding implications on general business management.
- Program Evaluation: Develop program metrics aligned with learning objectives defined for each program and curriculum, evaluate program impact, reassess objectives and outcomes, and plan for continuous improvement.
- Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry standards and trends as related to responsibility and ensure compliance to governing agency guidelines.
- Professional Development: Create a professional development plan with the partnership of direct supervisor.
- Quality and Regulatory: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply, and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in Medical Education/Customer programs/Field support.
- EP Experience: EP, 3D mapping, PFA, and Single Shot field support experience and expertise is required for this role (minimum 3 years).
- Training and Education: Training and Medical Education background will be highly valued for the role (2 years).
- E-Learning Experience: Experience in developing e-learning programs and digital content will be highly valued.
- Education: University degree or equivalent required with solid expertise in Rhythm Management and EP (disease, product, clinical).
- Soft Skills: Team player and collaboration attitude, promote collaboration across the organization, generate and champion new ideas and approaches, strong customer focus, both internal and external customers, excellent planning and organizational skills, problem-solving oriented and detail focus, ability to work under pressure with multiple priorities, ability to prioritize and focus, didactic, presentation, and strong communication skills.
- Language: Fluent in English, additional European Language is a plus.
