Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Junior Business Developer to join our team in Germany. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, drive partner growth, and contribute to the company's success.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple clients. A self-starter mentality, fluency in German (C2/bilingual), and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain deep business relationships with producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders in the entertainment industry
- Negotiate contracts with partners to ensure sustainable economics and long-term value
- Cultivate and grow a large client base through effective communication and relationship-building
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on partner growth goals across Germany and internationally
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of sales experience or recent graduate with a passion for the entertainment industry
- Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Fluency in German (C2/bilingual)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Sales CRM
