About the Role

This Chief of Staff position is designed to streamline operations, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive company initiatives forward. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor, project manager, and liaison between the executive team and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisor: Refine business strategies and address high-priority initiatives by providing data, analysis, and insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage key cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met, and solve bottlenecks and manage resources effectively to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, and other teams to ensure alignment and clear communication, representing the CEO in meetings and driving alignment across teams.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize the CEO's time and implement systems to improve organizational efficiency, implementing systems and processes to improve overall organizational efficiency.
  • Executive Support: Assist the CEO in preparing for meetings, presentations, and executing business priorities, providing ad hoc support on critical matters from business analysis to operational execution.
  • Team Leadership: Partner with senior executives and department heads to ensure strategic alignment and drive leadership across teams, mentoring and leading special projects teams as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership or project management role, ideally in consulting, strategy, operations, or as an executive assistant to senior leadership.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Asana, Slack, Microsoft Office.
