About the Role:
As a Strategic Business Operations Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects across different business domains, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals. You will also serve as a liaison between the CEO and various stakeholders, including business partners, employees, and clients.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary documentation
- Providing high-level administrative support, including research and insights on business ventures
- Overseeing project plans, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates
- Identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans to ensure projects stay on track
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, psychology, design, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting high-level executives
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong project management skills with a track record of managing complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. The company offers a comfortable base salary, extremely competitive performance bonus, benefits package, travel allowances, and accommodations as required.
