About the Role

As the EMEA Sales Director for Broadcom's CA portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy for our Enterprise Computing Solutions business in the region. Your primary objective will be to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy that drives retention, new business acquisition, and competitive displacement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead a team of EMEA business developers to achieve financial and business goals.
  • Collaborate with key partners to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Manage and support a team of EMEA business developers to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline processes across Arrow countries.
  • Design and develop sales campaigns with marketing strategists to target commercial customers.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry.
  • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in additional European languages would be a plus.
  • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations.
