The ConnectMe Sales Representative is a sales role designed to enhance accessibility to product and service solutions for our customers, thus improving the overall Surgical Innovations (SI) customer experience with technology-enabled, innovative remote selling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grow and maintain SI sales revenue for selected products and accounts
  • Support sales execution in instrumentation across various accounts
  • Work closely with the Field Sales & Marketing Team, Key Account Managers (KAM), Integrated Health Solutions (IHS), and the tender organization (if applicable)
A Day in the Life

Working proactively and in a structured way on Market Analytics and Market Research around customers, competitors, and general market trends for Andalucia and Canary Islands.

Translating the results of market insights into a clear prioritization of sales activity.

Promoting the assigned product portfolio with best practices, clinical or non-clinical evaluations, demos, and product training (remotely using all available technology).

Leading price and contract negotiations to successfully close customer deals.

Ensuring repeat purchase orders by understanding customer buying decisions and patterns.

Communicating and aligning regularly with the field sales force and local Marketing organization.

Collaborating with KAM/tender & contract departments on managing large-scale tender and/or contract sales cycles for assigned accounts.

Requirements
  • B.A. degree in a business relevant discipline and/or relevant business experience
  • 2+ years of remote sales experience in Medical Devices or a High-Tech environment
  • Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Medical Devices industry is optional
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with customers
  • Strong presentation and communication skills over the phone
  • Occasional travel (up to 20%) to selected accounts in the country required
  • Driving license
