Job Title: Sales Representative
Job Summary:
The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in promoting and selling surgical loupes and headlight systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain good rapport with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory.
- Utilize CRM software to manage sales opportunities.
- Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity.
- Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training to healthcare clinicians.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure prompt and quality customer service.
- Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the medical/dentistry industry.
- Ability to travel around 50% via ground or air.
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
