Job Overview

We are working with a leading e-commerce company to recruit German-speaking Customer Care Specialists who can provide timely technical and product assistance to customers via voice, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring all interactions are personalized, empathetic, and solution-focused.
  • Accurately record each customer interaction in a CRM system to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Actively participate in team initiatives, contribute feedback, and support collaborative solutions to drive business results.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in German (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 or higher), both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently within a remote team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with PC-based applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) and various systems.
