The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in a similar administrative role, with a strong background in MS Office and Google Workspace applications. Advanced knowledge of English is required, with proficiency in Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese being highly valued.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects related to academic and training activities. The contract will be for 1 year, with the possibility of renewal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage departmental calendars and schedule meetings and events
- Process payments and reimbursements
- Organize travel and logistics related to departmental activities
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to academic and training activities
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Undergraduate degree or other professional certification/training in a related field
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace applications
- Advanced written and spoken English required
- Other advanced written and spoken languages, including Spanish, Catalan, and Portuguese, highly valued
Working Conditions:
- Part-time contract (50% of full-time)
- Salary range: Technic II
