Role Overview
Servinform is seeking a talented Legal Administrator to join its team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing corporate documentation, scheduling meetings, and organizing legalization and apostille. This role involves ensuring the efficient operation of the department and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
• Arranging the signing of corporate documents
• Maintaining and organizing electronic databases and preparing reports
• Ensuring proper filing of corporate documents
• Organizing translation, legalization, and apostille of corporate documents
• Assisting with corporate filings and ordering register excerpts
• Liaising with internal stakeholders, including accounting, treasury, and tax teams
• Assisting with ad-hoc queries and special projects

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related field
• Relevant administrative experience, preferably in a legal environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Dynamic, motivated, and friendly attitude
